Thanks for the cocoa oatmeal cookies recipe, I added chocolate chips to mine (my husband is a chocolate freak!) and my husband loves them, affectionately calls them chocolate crack!
As for the brothers...I would just be happy if they grew up and didn't despise each other. Remember Tom and Matt Erickson, they don't hate each other but they are very different beings. The only thing I think they have in common is love of beer! Which Tom's wife doesn't let him drink. But that a whole different story.
Thanks again for the recipes.Autumnnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-865715771666702322.post-52060726600753830092011-01-14T23:09:07.639-08:002011-01-14T23:09:07.639-08:00lol...so funny. i love that your boys are fighting...lol...so funny. i love that your boys are fighting!! not for your sake...obviously. i feel your pain there and i am so sorry. but i think it's hilarious from the outsiders point of view and looking at the pictures. and i promise that one day they WILL be best of friends. it may not be until they are grown, but they will. my sister and i had all out hair-pulling battles when we were young...over things like, who got to practice their piano first. silly. and now neither of us even play the piano!!! hahaha...it took until adulthood to see one another's good qualities but we are now best of friends, even though we couldn't be more opposite!
i giggled out loud to myself when you called me out on the pancake idea! and i am totally going to try your recipe!!! i only got mine off the internet and i specifically chose one that didn't include buttermilk cuz i didn't have any, but i do love a FLUFFY buttermilk pancake, and you, my dear, have made these sound irresistible and a must-try. so thank you, in advance! miss you, sweetie.
p.s.-landon would LOVE to play with your boys....or i would love for him to.... ;-)beth clarkenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-865715771666702322.post-37293185880101595192011-01-14T20:17:24.556-08:002011-01-14T20:17:24.556-08:00Thank you for posting this on a Friday!
